Recipes St. Patrick's Day

Rainbow Fruit Kabobs

Fruit kabobs are quite possibly one of the most fun snacks there is. Combine them with a dip and you’ve got yourself a solid winner! St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and I thought these would be a fun idea for an after school snack (or even breakfast!)

There’s no gold at the end of this rainbow, but I guarantee nobody will ask for it. 😉

You’ll see I assembled these with strawberries, cantaloupe, banana, grapes and blueberries, but the possibilities are endless, use your imagination! You could also use pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, honeydew melon, orange slices… I can keep going!

I didn’t include a dip here, but I think a whipped topping would be fun if your kids are big dippers like mine. I love these because the steps are simple:

  1. Wash + slice fruit.
  2. Slide onto kabob + serve!

I mean, does it get any easier than that? Not really. These are great for anytime of day and most age groups, be mindful of sharp skewers around those tricky little toddlers, though. 😉

These would also be great to serve at a rainbow baby baby shower or gender reveal, or a rainbow themed birthday party for one of your littles. The possibilities are truly endless and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! As always, if you loved these, we’d love for you to follow along with us on Pinterest for more recipes and kid-approved treats!
