I love Target’s REDcard®!
These days, I avoid using credit cards like the plague. Interest? NO THANKS! That’s a personal choice for me, because I’m not great at remembering to pay them off at the end of the month. But, if you’re able to use it, and pay the full balance monthly, awesome! That can really do great things for your credit score.
This, is why I love my Target REDcard. When you apply for one, you don’t have to get the typical store credit card. You can take advantage of their debit option, which means when you make a purchase, the funds are withdrawn straight from your own checking account. No interest, and no forgetting to make the payment!
Target does also offer a Visa Debit Card, and you can get the same benefits as their debit card, but like I said earlier, the debit card is my go-to choice.

For me, the 5% off your total purchase makes using their debit card a no-brainer. Combine that with the savings you’ll get by using their Cartwheel app, and printable or weekly newspaper coupons, and the savings will stack up pretty quickly. Target is really upping their game when it comes to natural and organic products, which I love. They have their own Simply Balanced line, and they’re now stocking Honest products as well!
