Easter Fruit Kabobs

Fruit kabobs are so simple, yet always such a hit! My boys loved the rainbow fruit kabobs we made for St. Patrick’s Day, so I thought now was a great time to share these Easter fruit kabobs I’m putting together for snacks this week and beyond, and for our Easter brunch!

What I love about making these, is that you can really just use whatever fruit you have on hand. For these after school snacks, I used honeydew melon, strawberries, oranges, grapes and bananas. Pineapple or cantaloupe would be great for the little bunny cutouts too! I love this little set of nested bunny cookie cutters I picked up at Target (here), I’ve been using for lunches and fruit shapes this week!

The steps for creating fun fruit kabobs is simple:

  1. Cut up your fruit.
  2. Thread onto wood skewers.
  3. Serve. That’s it!

You can also let the kids create their own kabobs (watch out for sharp skewers)! Or, serve them with a fun side for dipping, like nut butter, or whipped cream.
